  • CSCEC Steel has independently developed a new system that divides a building structure into several modular units. The structure, interior finishes, and water and electrical systems of each module are all manufactured and integrated at our factory.
  • The final modular units can then be delivered to construction sites for
    fast and reliable installation, ready for immediate occupancy. As an advanced form of prefabricated construction, our modular buildings achieve a factory assembly rate of over 95%.

Characteristics

  • Both national and international examples exist, such as Hong Kong’s Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) and Singapore’s Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technologies.
