Dubai Hassyan Power Plant is the largest clean coal power plant in the Middle East, located in the Saih Shuaib area on the Arabian Gulf coast of Dubai, with a site area of 2.25 million square meters.
It is an important part of the UAE’s energy security strategy and a key project for CSCEC to successfully
implement the “going out” strategy of Chinese enterprises under the “Belt and Road” initiative and adopt the international capacity cooperation model. This project is a solution to solve the demand for electricity.
