The Eurozone construction sector remains under pressure.

Eurozone construction declined -0.8% m-o-m (1.9% y-o-y) in June; Buildings declined -1.8% m-o-m (3.7% y-o-y) and Civil engineering was up 0.5% m-o-m (1.9% y-o-y); The IHS Markit Eurozone Construction PMI increased to 46.7 in August from 44.7 in July (< 50, contraction) and marked the highest reading since February 2023.
