Eurozone construction activity generally weak.

Eurozone construction up 0.1% m-o-m (1.3% y-o-y) in September; Buildings up 0.1% m-o-m (1.6% y-o-y); Civil works up 0.6% m-o-m (0.3% y-o-y). The IHS Markit Eurozone Construction PMI fell to 43.6 in November 2022 from 44.9 in October (< 50, contraction), indicating the seventh month of consecutive decline.
