Construction market trends

US | Private residential construction output up 21% y-o-y increase in January with housing permits increasing at a similar rate.

US | Private non-residential construction output fell -10% y-o-y in January but edged up 0.4% m-o-m and for the first time since June 2020.

Europe | Construction output weak with no recovery expected before H2 2021.

India | Decline in industrial production slowing, boding well for a pickup in activity in H2 2021.
